Adv Corporate Finance

This course deals with corporate valuation methods and their applications to key corporate finance decisions. It covers the traditional valuation methods, as well as the contingent claims valuation approach. The applications of the traditional valuation methods to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and capital structure choices, and of options theory to corporate finance will be emphasized. Prerequisites: BU393 and (EC260 or EC270).
